Our Commitment to Transparent, Professional Service

Welcome to Infinity Learning. To ensure a smooth, secure, and highly productive educational experience for all our students, parents, tutors, and agency partners, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions. By engaging our services or registering as a tutor, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Private Tuition: Enrolment, Fees & Replacements

These terms apply to all families and caregivers engaging our 1:1 and 1:2 private tuition services.

Commitment & Continuation:

  • Signing up for Private Tuition requires an initial commitment of 8-10 hours over a school term to make a tangible difference to the student’s learning.
  • After the initial 8-10 hours have ended, you are completely free to continue indefinitely with your tutor, depending on their availability. Please note: If you require a new tutor for a different subject or schedule, a new registration process will be required.

Tutor Matching & Guarantee:

  • Once matched, the appointed tutor will contact you directly to assess your specific needs and arrange a time to meet. We recommend you record their name, phone number, and email for ongoing communication.
  • Replacement Guarantee: A replacement tutor will be organised free of charge if the request is made within 14 days from the commencement of tuition.
  • If your replacement tutor still does not meet your needs, we will refund half (50%) of your initial registration fee.

Ongoing Tutor Fees:

  • While we recommend an hourly rate (e.g., from $60/hr for Years 3-10, and from $70/hr for Year 11 to Tertiary), individual tutor rates may vary depending on their specific teaching experience and expertise. Tutors are to be paid directly after the first visit.

Online Session Recording:
In order to reassure the transparency if disputes arise about lesson content, conduct, or attendance, video recording will be conducted for online tutoring sessions.

Cancellations & Refunds

We respect the time of our expert educators. Our cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked:

  • Private Individual Tuition:
For cancellation of sessions, parents need to call infinity Learning work phone numbers. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required; if 24 hours' notice is not given, the tutor may charge you for that scheduled time.
  • Change of Mind (Pre-Commencement):
Should you change your mind after you register but before the first orientation session takes place, you will forfeit 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Master Classes:
Because spots are highly limited, a full refund for a scheduled Master Class is only paid if the class clashes with a mandatory school event, or if a doctor's certificate is produced to verify an illness.
  • LANTITE Exam Preparation:
Bookings for live online LANTITE webinars are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Government & Not-for-profit Agency Bookings

For government agencies and organisations booking services on behalf of clients, the following contract terms apply:

  • Responsibility:
By submitting a booking contract, the named Agency acknowledges responsibility for the payment of all invoices as outlined in the agreement.
  • Invoicing:
All invoices will be sent upon the conclusion of each term. South Australian Government agency invoices will be sent directly to Shared Services SA, and other entities as directed by the Contact Person.
  • Agency Cancellations:
A fee equal to one hour of tuition will be invoiced should tutoring be cancelled after a contract has been submitted but before the first session, for any reason whatsoever. The Contact Person (e.g., Social Worker) must contact the Private Tuition Consultant directly at info@infinitylearning.au to completely cancel a contract or discuss ongoing options.
  • Confidentiality:
We maintain a strict commitment to privacy. Information surrounding students and carers will never be shared with third parties.

Terms For Registered Tutors

All educators contracting with Infinity Learning agree to the following terms:

  • Employment Status:
Tutors are self-employed contractors and are not employees of Infinity Learning. Tutors are entirely responsible for their own taxation, superannuation, and worker's compensation.
  • Child Safety & Conduct:
All tutors must read, understand, and strictly abide by our Child Safe Environments Policy and our Code of Conduct. You must ensure you stay aware of any ongoing changes to these policies.
  • Clearances:
Registered teachers must hold teacher registration from the TRB. Non-registered teachers must hold a valid, cleared DCSI or WWCC clearance.
  • Mandated Reporting & Criminal Offenses:
You understand your strict legal responsibilities as a Mandated Notifier. Furthermore, you agree that if you are charged with a criminal offence, you will contact Infinity Learning to advise us immediately.

Our Child Safe Policy

The safety of our students is our absolute priority. We ask all parents, agencies, and staff to please take the time to read our comprehensive Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct available on our website.
