At Infinity Learning, we are deeply committed to providing the highest quality education and support. Because our expert tutors prepare extensively for each lesson, and to ensure fairness to all families waiting for a spot, we have established clear guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Private Individual Tuition (1:1 & 1:2)

The following terms apply to our standard one-on-one and one-on-two private tuition services.

  • 24-Hour Notice for Individual Sessions:
    For cancellation of sessions, parents need to call infinity Learning work phone numbers. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required; if less than 24 hours' notice is given, the tutor may charge for that scheduled time. Where possible, sessions can be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time.
  • Registration & Orientation Cancellations:
    Should you change your mind less than 48 hours before the first session, you will forfeit 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Tutor Replacement Guarantee:
    We strive to find the perfect match for every student. If you feel the tutor is not the right fit, a replacement will be organised free of charge, provided the request is made within 14 days from the commencement of tuition. If your replacement tutor still does not meet your needs, we will refund half of your initial registration fee.

Master Classes & Group Programs

Because our Master Classes are strictly capped to small groups (e.g., maximum 10-15 students) and run as a comprehensive 10-week term, spots are highly limited.

  • Strict Refund Criteria:
    A full refund for a scheduled Master Class is only paid in two specific circumstances: if the scheduled class clashes with a mandatory school event, or if a doctor's certificate is produced to verify an illness.

Lantite Exam Preparation

Our LANTITE programs are designed to help adult pre-service teachers overcome high-stakes exam hurdles.

  • Live Webinars & Intensive Courses:
    Please note that bookings for our live online LANTITE webinars and 5-Week Intensive Courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • (For 1:1 LANTITE Private Tuition, the standard 24-hour notice policy applies).

Government Agency Bookings

For government and not-for-profit agencies engaging our private tuition services for their clients, the following specific contract terms apply:

  • Pre-Session Cancellations:
    A fee equal to one hour of tuition will be invoiced if the tutoring contract is cancelled after the contract has been submitted but before the first session takes place, for any reason whatsoever.
  • Individual Session Cancellations:
    For cancellation of sessions, parents need to call infinity Learning work phone numbers. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required; otherwise, the session will still be charged to the agency.
  • Contract Termination:
    To completely cancel a tutoring contract or discuss further options, the designated Contact Person (e.g., the Social Worker) must directly contact our Private Tuition Consultant, Natalie Lai, at info@infinitylearning.au.

General Cancellation & Refunds Rules

Session Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

No Show Session: If students do not turn up more than 15 minutes and without prior notice, the session will be automatically cancelled and the fees of individual sessions will be fully charged.

Refund Requests: Refunds are provided for prepaid sessions that have not been attended. No refunds for completed sessions.

Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with our tutoring services, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering an alternative tutor or a complimentary session.

Payment Disputes & Contact: For any payment disputes or questions, please contact us immediately at info@infinitylearning.au. We will review the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
